Delete your Jumbolt account

Delete from inside the app
- Open Jumbolt and sign in.
- On the home screen, scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm on the Delete account? prompt.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email tejas786u@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Jumbolt account deletion request". We action requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (username and email address)
- Your password
- Your points balance and full points history
What is kept
- Past game round records are kept for game integrity and leaderboard history, but they are anonymised — they are no longer linked to you and contain no personal data.
Deleted data is removed from our live database immediately. Encrypted backups are rotated and fully purged within 30 days.
